Please note: We can make the step height shorter but not longer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESIZING:

When sending an item to be resized, please be sure to include the following information inside the package being sent to us:

• Address

• Email

• Phone number

• Original order number

Important:

Your aider must be clean and free of all dirt and debris. If items are too dirty for repair, they will be sent back to you and your order will not be refunded.
